Introduction

This document details the privacy policy of the Hebrew Calendar app ("the App") regarding the use of user location data and cookies.

Information Collection and Storage

The App requests your geographical location data solely to enhance your experience and services, such as displaying prayer times, sunrise/sunset times, and so on.

Calendar Synchronization: Calendar synchronization is performed with your device's calendar only. The App does not collect or store any data from your calendar.

Use of Data and Cookies

We use data to provide you with better services, ensuring that most of this information is stored locally on your device only and not on external servers.

Use of Advertisements (AdSense)

The App may display advertisements, for which we use Google's advertising services, specifically **Google AdSense**. These services use cookies and similar technologies to collect information about your usage of the App and your interests, for the purpose of displaying personalized ads.

The data collected for displaying ads is sent to Google, which is a third party, for processing. For more information on how Google collects and uses data for advertising, including how to opt out of personalized ads, you can view Google's privacy and advertising policies at the following link: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads

Information Sharing

The statistical data collected through Google Analytics is sent to Google (a third party) for processing and analysis. This information is collected anonymously and in the aggregate and does not include personally identifiable information that could identify you.

Terms of Use

The App's operator will not be held responsible for any damage caused by an error or bug in the App for any reason.

The times in the App may be inaccurate. Do not rely on the displayed times when absolute accuracy is required.

The information, times, and calendar events generated by the application are provided on an 'As-Is' basis. Please be aware that inaccuracies, completely incorrect times, or instances where events and notifications fail to be created in the user's calendar at all, may occur due to software bugs or system errors. Furthermore, as the notification system relies on the device's calendar, its proper function also depends on synchronization settings and granted permissions. Do not rely solely on the provided times or the delivery of notifications, and always allow for an adequate safety margin. The use of the application and any reliance upon it are strictly at the user's own risk.

Contributions to the App are made in good faith and are welcome. A contribution does not grant the contributor any rights to the service, the App, or its contents, and does not create any ownership, partnership, or obligation on the part of the developer.
